Sharnie Kelly
I have been working in the legal industry for over 20 years, specialising in conveyancing for the last 15 years. With a Diploma in Business and an Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing, I worked for Dwyer Mahon & Robertson for over 10 years learning a wealth of knowledge from Chris Mahon with respect to conveyancing matters. When Chris retired it wasn’t long before I started thinking about opening my own business, one that would specialise solely in conveyancing. That is when I began my journey to become a fully qualified and licensed Conveyancer. I genuinely love what I do, I love seeing our clients happy and I love the team we have here at Swan Hill Conveyancing Services. It really is such a wonderful feeling coming to work and really enjoying what you do. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Hayley Joyce
Hayley started conveyancing 8 years ago under the management of Sharnie. She made the move to Swan Hill Conveyancing 6 years ago and during that time has completed her Diploma of Conveyancing.
In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending most of her time of course, with her two beautiful boys Lenny and Ronnie.
Her favourite part of conveyancing is seeing the faces of people who are buying their dream home and being a part of that once in a lifetime experience.
Pina Rosaia
Pina joined the team in April 2022. After over 30 years experience in the banking and finance industry, Pina brings her knowledge to the role and is enjoying being a valued part of the Swan Hill Conveyancing team.
Outside of work, Pina enjoys traveling, crosswords, looking after her gorgeous grandchildren and spending time with family and friends.
Connie Smith
Having worked in the legal industry for over 25 years, Connie comes with experience like no other. Working at Dwyer Mahon & Robertson until its recent sale, it is now a privilege to get to work alongside Sharnie once again in her own practice after previously working together for 15 years.
In her spare time, Connie loves spending time with her family (especially her grandkids), friends and going for walks.
Leonie Conway
After making the move back to Swan Hill, Leonie has been working in the conveyancing industry for 15 years, and with Sharnie for at least 6 of them. She loves her job and enjoys the satisfaction of assisting clients in completing their property journey stress free.
In her spare time, Leonie loves to create fabric art pieces and doing hand embroidery.
Sharon Pascoe
Sharon was the first team member to join Swan Hill Conveyancing and brought with her over 30 years of hospitality and retail experience as a business proprietor in Swan Hill.
Sharon loves the opportunity to work alongside her daughter Sharnie and the rest of the friendly team here at Swan Hill Conveyancing.
Yvonne Petzke
Yvonne is one of the newest members of our team, however, the most experienced. She has been working in the legal industry for over 50 years! Yvonne started her career at Garden & Green, working closely with Kim Bainbridge. She then made the move to Dwyer Mahon & Robertson and worked with Chris Mahon. She has a great knowledge of the legal industry especially in Conveyancing. A fun fact, Yvonne taught the boss, Sharnie!
Yvonne loves to assist clients achieve their outcome of home ownership and enjoys smoothing the way forward for them in the complex conveyancing transaction.
In her spare time, Yvonne loves to garden in her tropical garden and spend time with her grandchildren.
Amy Brundell
Amy is another of our newest team members. Amy is originally from Queensland but made the move to Swan Hill 4 years ago. She has enjoyed settling into the local community. Before starting a family, Amy worked in the legal industry for 14 years, specialising in Conveyancing, and in more recent years has worked in various administrative roles.
Amy says she is excited to be a part of the team at Swan Hill Conveyancing and to bring her experience and dedication to helping clients through their property transactions.
Outside of work, you’ll find Amy on the sidelines cheering on her kids at various sports, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.
